Here’s how it works:

🛋️ 1. What’s the minimum I need to pay upfront?

You’ll need to pay at least 50% upfront for single-item orders. This initial deposit locks in your order and allows us to start production right away.

📅 2. When do I pay the balance?

Once your order is ready—typically within 7 to 15 working days—we’ll notify you. You’ll have until the 30th day from the original order date to complete your payment and receive your items.

⚠️ 3. What if I miss the payment deadline?

If payment isn’t completed by the 30th day, a ₦2,000 daily late fee applies. And if you cancel after paying your deposit, 25% of your deposit will be withheld to cover production costs.
