What is SplitPay?
Want that Boho piece you love, but not ready to pay in full? We get it. With SplitPay, you can place your order with just a deposit, and pay the balance when your furniture is ready to ship.
How does SplitPay work?
SplitPay lets you place an order by paying a 50% deposit upfront. This applies to both single and multi-item orders — as long as your order qualifies.
Once you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll start working on your furniture. The balance will be due when the order is ready for delivery.
It’s our way of making design-forward living a little more flexible.
When do I need to pay the balance?
After your deposit, we get to work. Our standard production timeline is between 7 and 15 working days, depending on your order.
Once it’s ready, we’ll notify you to complete your payment so we can schedule delivery or pickup.
Can’t pay immediately? No pressure —you’ll have up to 30 days from your order date to complete the balance.
Just don’t leave us hanging — if your balance isn’t paid by Day 30, penalties apply.
What happens if I delay or change my mind?
We understand that life happens — but so do late fees. If your payment isn’t completed by the 30th day, a ₦2,000 daily late fee will begin to apply from Day 31.
Also, if you decide to cancel your order after making a deposit, we’ll need to withhold 25% of that deposit to cover part of the production cost.
We hope it doesn’t come to that — but it’s good to know in case plans change.
Is SplitPay available on all orders?
Not quite. SplitPay is currently available on select products and specific order volumes.
