The Timi Bed comes flat-packed and includes all the necessary DIY tools for self-assembly. However, if you require installation, kindly reach out to us via our support channels and we will schedule an installation visit at an extra cost.

PRODUCTION/DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Production Timeline: Standard 15 - 17 working days for single bed orders. Multiple orders require an additional 5 working days.
  • Delivery Zones: We deliver Nationwide.
  • Delivery Process: 
    • For deliveries within Lagos, please reach out to us to discuss delivery arrangements and associated costs.
    • Interstate deliveries are handled by GIG Logistics and may require a few extra days.

Care Instructions

Cleaning

  • Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure the cloth is not too wet.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Use mild, non-abrasive cleaners. Harsh chemicals or solvents can damage the surface. If needed, a diluted mild soap solution is safe.
  • Dry Immediately: After cleaning with a damp cloth, dry the surface immediately with a dry cloth to prevent moisture absorption.

Protection:

  • Avoid Water Exposure: HDF is more water-resistant than regular MDF but can still swell if exposed to excessive moisture. Clean up spills immediately.
  • Use Coasters and Mats: To avoid scratches or stains, always use coasters under glasses and mats under hot dishes or objects.
  • Limit Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade or warp the surface over time. Place furniture away from windows or use blinds/curtains.

Handling

  • Move Carefully: When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging to avoid damaging the joints or scratching the surface.
  • Temperature Control: Upon receipt, kindly unwrap all furniture items and keep under stable room temperatures, away from water/moisture, as unfavorable temperatures can cause damage.
